Andrej Petor is a Bordurian half-blood wizard who lived during the early 21st century. He was an employee of the Bordurian Wizarding Defence Division, but was closely affiliated with the Death Eaters, being a member of the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät stationed purposefully on the Borduria-Syldavia border to provide assistance in smuggling the Scepter of King Ottokar IV off Syldavian soil, acting as the officer in change of the border control unit.

Encountering Blake Rainborn[]
An employee of the Bordurian Ministry of Magic, Andrej Petor, if he wasn't already a member when he joined, was recruited to the ranks of the Death Eaters, who had succeeded in seizing political control over the Ministry and pledged his allegiance to the Dragon Lord, coming to be closely affiliated with the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät, a cell of the Death Eaters stationed throughout Borduria and Syldavia operating with the aim of destabilizing and thus unifying both countries by orchestrating the latter's annexation with Borduria, placing both countries under the control of their master, the Dragon Lord.
The Z.Z.R.K. sought to create dissent within Syldavia by stealing the Scepter of King Ottokar IV on the eve of St. Vladimir's Day, forcing as a result the abdication of King Muskar XIII, leaving the country without a leader to rally around against an invasion from Borduria and to ensure that the Scepter, once stolen, could not be returned in the timeframe before Muskar was forced to relinquish from his crown, Andrej and the unit of wizards under him were stationed on the border to provide any necessary aid to the Z.Z.R.K. agents who's task it was to secure the Scepter after it's theft. One day, however, whilst dining on soup outside their cabin, Petor and his men suddenly turned in surprise at the sound of a fearful exclamation to find Blake Rainborn and Snowy, who stole the bone belonging to the soldiers' hunting dog. Falling back as their canine pet lunged forwards in anger at this, his bowl and it's contents sent splashing into his face, Andrej furiously rallied his men in pursuit of Blake as he fled with supplies he had swiped from the table in the chaos, joining Kenjo Šobic as they pursued the dog and boy (who Kenjo had identified angrily as a dangerous spy of Syldavian allegiance) into the Bordurian woodlands. The patrol, however, was thrown off the sent when their dog suddenly found the trail of their prey masked by the pepper Blake had scattered in his wake, leaving the secret Death Eaters furious as they rushed to warn their colleagues, initiating the manhunt.
