Attha Ceesay is a black-skinned witch and member of the Iron Rose Clan, a cultish society situated at the mountain base of the north-east coastline that worshipped the teachings of the Dragon Lord and built from a remnant groupuscule of the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät by Jingyi Kuàng, who Attha joined so that she could openly live as a witch.

Biography[]

Following the Death Eaters[]

Though she was born somewhere in the southern districts of Syldavia, known also as the Kingdom of the Black Pelician, Attha eventually emigrated northwards to the nation's north-east littoral boundaries as a citizen of a town situated at the base of the Zympathian-Wladrujan Mountain Range's fringes that was populated by a society of wizards and witches that emulated the ideology of the global revolutionary campaign of the Dragon Lord and his Death Eaters, who wished to revert the world to it's state of worldwide cooperation in the aftermath of World War II. The society, calling themselves the 'Iron Rose Clan' in tribute to their predecessor, the Death Eater chapter of Syldavia, the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät, who the cult's leader and founder, Jingyi Kuàng, had formed them from a remnant faction of survivors to the destruction of the Z.Z.R.K. and it was from Ceesay, the rest of the Iron Rose, the other splinter groups scattered all throughout Syldavia and the continued solid present of Dragon Lord servants in Borduria that Jingyi and the other warlords that formed the Umbra Council hoped to rebuild the scattered organization for another attempt at a takeover.

The Iron Rose Clan, however, proved ultimately to be one of the most shadowy cells, for while the government ultimately came to be aware of their presence, it was perceived as little more than a holdout group content to mainly 'cling', as some felt, to the legends that had formed around the Dragon Lord, but do little harm, the Syldavian leaders being unaware of the Umbra Council or the rising levels of devotion the stories at Jingyi was telling was inspiring in the hearts and minds of the Dragon Lord's supporters that, like Attha Ceesay, had rallied beneath their banner, as in addition to the idea of a free world for their kind, the community offered any wizard or witch "the chance to live in their own skin" as one might say and practice magic openly, which was one of the reasons that motivated Attha Ceesay to join them and take up residence in their mountainside town where she could live as an ordinary citizen. On night, therefore, Attha stood dressed in a faded yellow blouse and dark brown pants along with a light blue jacket with another disciple of the Dragon Lord by the vegetable gardens, where they chatted as they picked capsicum from the garden and loaded them into a crate.
