- "The future belongs to a new god!"
- —Bohdan Sokolov, about the Dragon Lord
Bohdan Tarasovych Sokolov was a Ukranian half-blood dark wizard that fought for his nation in their war with Russia, where he was blinded in the right eye. Left dissatisfied about the resolved outcome of the conflict, Sokolov was recruited to become a member of the Followers of Mhirsmordre, a reborn incarnation of the original cult that had built itself from zealous interpretations of their sacred texts and become tied to the League of the Ice Talons. Converted to their radicalised dogma of reverence for the Dragon Lord, Bohdan was made to work alongside former colleagues and enemies alike that their enigmatic leader had been able to enlist from military sources that had belonged to both sides of the war, bringing them together to form an elite force of trained warriors. Beneath the services of "The Runespoor", these soldiers were supplied to help their allies with the Vivo syndicate emerged triumphant in the cold war between the various crime families that inhabited Raixon, where Sokolov and his comrades were later dispatched to eliminate Fenris Nassera and his allies before their investigations into the Followers could bring unwanted attention to the cult. Inside the harbour town, Sokolov and several other commandos were able to ambush their targets, cornering them on a jetty where the two parties exchanged words with one another, the cultists renouncing national allegiances when questioned. Finalising this brief conversation with his declaration that the Dragon Lord would control the future, Bohdan attempted to execute his enemies with a blow from his battle axe, but was robbed of his targets, who were able to disapparate from the scene at the last second.
