Caspar Crouch (fl. 20th century) was a pure-blood[1] wizard who married pure-blood Charis Black from the noble House of Black. The couple had three children: a son and two daughters.[2] He might have been the father of Bartemius Crouch Snr, though this is unconfirmed.

Caspar Crouch was a pure-blood wizard who married Charis Black. The couple had three children: Bartemius Crouch Sr., Calista and Servilia Crouch. Caspar was an evader of the Ministry of Magic, who always tried to take advantage of others and a shift of funds or other ministerial coffers into the pocket. When he was finally caught and convicted, Caspar no longer served anything else to the Ministry. It was the end of his life and nothing more could be done to repair their damage. In exchange for their name remain clean and that his secret was never revealed, Caspar would give up his seat on the Wizengamot and would give the Ministry sixty percent of everything he had.
