Cassandra Romulus is a pure-blood dark witch and the daughter of an aristocrat family of the Isle of Rock before she was recruited into the armies of the Dragon Lord. One of the countless Death Eaters sent to infiltrate the wizarding communities of the world, Cassandra would become an important industrialist on the wizarding world, aiming to manipulate the magical community in the best interests of her master, who she sought to assist in returning from the magical realms of the Otherworld, becoming a member of the inner circle of the Death Eaters and a witch that was part of Gideon Malick's sect of Dragon Lord worshippers.
A loyal member of the Inner Circle of the Death Eaters and worshipper of the Dragon Lord, Cassandra would attend a meeting at Malick Manor where the Dragon Lord revealed that he had returned to full strength to his worshippers, rallying them behind him. Malick, however, would later betray the Death Eaters and provide information that, along with those proved by Pellimore Ygryk, led to a lengthy campaign against numerous Death Eater implants, leaving Romulus's fate unknown.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Allegiance to 'the Master'[]
Born within the Otherworld — the magical 'side' of Earth that aligns parallel with ours — Cassandra's family originated from the Isle of Rock, the mountainous kingdom that would eventually fall to the might of the Death Eaters, who's takeover presumably occurred shortly before or after Romulus's birth and be added to the Dragon Lord's growing empire of kingdoms conquered and unified.
Believing that their kingdom had prospered even more since its takeover, as it's unification with the Empire had opened greater trade options from countries already under the Dragon Lord's control, which they profited from due to having a deep hand in international trade, as well as his mantra of the nations all being simply one world and one people, the Romulus family would pledge their allegiance to the 'Greater Good' and, upon reaching the appropriate age, Cassandra took the Dark Mark and joined the forces of the Dragon Lord's Death Eaters, eventually becoming a high-ranking member.
Hiding Behind a Smiling Face[]
Sent alongside millions of others to infiltrate the Wizarding-Muggle world and await the time where, at the signal of the Dragon Lord, the Death Eaters would reveal themselves and strike simultaneously, crippling every nation in a worldwide attack that would claim the Earth in the Dragon Lord's name, adding it to his empire and opening the way for the Dragon Lord to finally claim Magicar. Raised within the life of bargaining and politics as she was and with the financial aid of her family wealth behind her, it took little effort for Cassandra to begin establishing herself as a powerful industrialist and the CEO of a magical company, building influence and manipulating events from the shadows so that it would benefit the Death Eaters and maintain their secrecy, even after Voldemort's second unsuccessful attempt to seize power in Great Britain left numerous members of the British force dead or incarcerated.
As a dedicated member of the inner circle of the Death Eaters, Cassandra would focus much of the life she led into the followers of Night's goal of opening the path to the Otherworld that would allow the Dragon Lord to return to Earth from the realms of magic. Alongside Gideon Malick and other members of the Worshippers of Night, Cassandra participated in many rituals to choose a sacrifice among them to be sent to the Otherworld through the Monolith, although neither Romulus nor Malick were ever selected, the remained loyal, despite the doubts some of the circle felt to whether the return of their master would over occur after he led his forces in a corporeal but not completely physical manifestation, but was ultimately defeated, although whether Cassandra was a harbourer of such uncertainty is unknown.
Meeting Nasser[]

Cassandra among the Worshippers of Night
Despite the long period of time that had spanned since the last ceremony held to select a 'Traveller' for the Otherworld among their ranks, Cassandra Romulus would eventually receive a summons to Malick Manor issued by Stephanie Malick, who claimed it to be in the name of obscure but highly important reasons, which Romulus assumed would run along the lines of another stone ceremony. Upon arriving as night set in, the Death Eaters would proceed to gather within the manor house drawing room, standing by the open door as they conversed with Stephanie and each other, Cassandra entering into conversation with Kirk Vogel, nodding in answer to a statement made by Vogel ane expecting to be present for another sacrifice to their Human-Magicar leader, but growing eventually impatient and demanding an answer to the cause of meeting from Stephanie.
Glancing over her shoulder at the Malicks as they spoke briefly, Cassandra and her peers were soon greeted by Gideon, who welcomed them and invited them to take their seats, which Cassandra answered, moistening her lips as she strode to seat herself at the candle-lit table of the council besides Lynn Shimonseki, eying the circle of stones that would normally be pulled from a bag to select a sacrifice but were now arranged in a circle at the centre of the table with curiosity. Seated, Cassandra proceeded to listen as Malick acknowledged that Romulus, like her comrades, may be wondering why they had been gathered into his mansion, informing them that it was not for another sacrifice ceremony, but instead a celebration. Malick went on to outline how Cassandra and the rest of those present, had, like their other Death Eater comrades, devoted their lives to restoring their master and god to power, despite the doubts that had risen among them since the Second Global Wizarding War, but before Gideon could continue, he was suddenly cut off by the Dragon Lord, who, in the company of Princess Darkness, made his presence known, revealing he had been freed from his inter-dimensional prison thanks to the efforts of the Malick Family. Not making any comment to Kirk Vogel's expressing his disbelief that a being that looked so human could be the figure the Death Eaters regarded as their god, merely glancing at him as he rose to give his doubts, Cassandra gazed at the man, head cocked to one side as he recalled the sacrifices of the many travellers sent to fight for him over the years within the magical realms, then vowed that his worshippers would be rewarded for their allegiance with the dawn of a new era of freedom for wizardkind, then went on to prove his identity as the Lord of the Dragons by allowing his dark magic to reveal itself, surrounding him with rippling dark matter whilst his wolf's head helmet manifested, diverting the moonlight shining in to focus on him as he showed his power, to the awe, shock and horror of those present, who recognised him now as the being they believed him to be.
Campaign Against the Death Eaters[]
Following the demise of his daughter, however, Gideon Malick would proceed to betray the Death Eaters and willingly surrender himself into the custody of S.H.I.E.L.D. without a fight, giving them vital information concerning the forces of the Death Eaters in hopes of gaining vengeance for the loss of Stephanie, facts that, combined with knowledge given to them by Pellimore Ygryk, led to a steady campaign against numerous Death Eaters, primarily in America and Europe, but across the globe as well, with left only three remaining members of the inner circle summoned to Malick Mansion to join the Dragon Lord in Union City, none of which were Romulus. This leaves Cassandra's fate unclear; though she might have been killed or apprehended during the campaign, several other Death Eater leaders escaped and continued to remain loyal to the Dragon Lord, leaving her fate up to debate.
