"That's some pilot right there."
—Yendor, on Chesilva Olier's unflinching determination.

Chesilva Olier, designated Pilot 2-53-7, was a half-blood Bordurian dark witch and the Squadron Leader of Strike Squadron, a specialized TIE fighter unit trained by the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät to serve in the Contingency Plan. Born in 2006 within the Republic of Borduria, Chesilva's talents were recognized by agents of the Death Eaters, who proceeded to abduct her as a baby to be raised by Dinaric Alps, where a chapter of the Night Eternal cult readied a generation of wizards to either become part of the Z.Z.R.K. and the Syldavian-Bordurian empire it sought to create or serve the Contingency Plan of the Death Eaters' master, the Dragon Lord. A trained pilot that flew a TIE/dg skyfighter, Chesilva and her squadron were assigned to the Pathfinder fleet, which, under the command of Fleet Admiral Rayla Seitz, was chosen to make the voyage to the Unknown Regions in accordance with the Contingency if the plans made by Igor Müsstler for a coup d'état were to fail, which they eventually did. Squadron Leader 2-53-7 and Strike Squadron, however, were to serve as an expendable force designed to defend the Pathfinder and the ships attached to its command as it escaped, their purpose being specifically to act as cannon fodder, buying time for such an action to be undertaken, at the expense of their lives, which Chesilva Olier and her squadron accepted without flinching. Along with the rest of Strike Squadron, Chesilva died on the night of the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät's collapse, but her actions allowed the Pathfinder's fleet to escape into the Unknowns.

Biography[]

Early life[]

Training for the last order[]

Chesilva Olier was born to a witch and a muggle man, at the Bordurian town Visburg, in 2006, but shortly after her birth, Chesilva caught the attention of spies inside the local community working for the Death Eaters, who saw inside her a potential they believed would otherwise go wasted. Thus, the inside agents abducted the infant Olier, stealing her from her cradle, just as they had with many other young witches and wizards across the Balkan Peninsula that, due to their promising skill sets, the dark wizards had culled and "disappeared". Taken far from her birthplace by her kidnappers, Chesilva Olier was subsequently brought up within the vast network of subterranean catacombs hollowed out all through the Dinaric Alps mountains between the Republic of Borduria and Kingdom of Syldavia by members of the Death Eaters belonging largely to a chapter of the Night Eternal ― a mysterious cult faction of the Death Eaters that venerated the organization's master, the Dragon Lord, as their deity ― attached to the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät, who raised Olier inside their religion, like they did with countless other children from an array of backgrounds, including many other abductees. Although her caretakers withheld most information regarding her background, Chesilva was told in the vaguest sense that she had been stolen from where she had been born in the northern regions of Borduria, but never knew anything about her parents, a fact that was meaningless to Chesilva. Chesilva did not care about learning of her history, instead focusing, as she had been ordered to by the Death Eaters, on the present rather than the past. Like all the young men and women brought up by the cult, Chesilva Olier was taught to embrace the brutal truth of reality that the organization's philosophy believed in, which was that a heartless world, might made right and service to the Dragon Lord (who the Death Eaters unanimously believed was entitled to shape the world by cosmic right) was everything. In addition to this belief, the militaristic side of the Death Eaters taught the young Bordurian to loathe enemies such as the governments of the wizards and magical worlds, which they declared corrupt and beyond fixing, and schooled her both in their doctrine of loyalty to their master and with the Dark Arts. During her upbringing, Chesilva Olier only saw the appointed leader of the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät, Igor Müsstler on the rare occasion where he made secret contact with the Night Eternal cultists from his position as Royal Ambassador.

Abducted by their agents, Chesilva Olier was trained by fervent dark cultists to the Death Eaters' ideology in preparation for the True Order.

Thus, the entire childhood of Chesilva Olier was consumed with preparation for the time when the Death Eaters emerged to take Syldavia and Borduria and in the secret military force they were building, Olier was made a pilot in the Imperial Skyfighter Corps, and in the process, she dispensed of her individual name ― and by extension, the last link to her past ― to instead take a serial number, which identified her as 'Pilot 2-53-7'. Along with the rest being brought up in the Dinaric Alps by the Night Eternal, 2-53-7 trained to become part of the Death Eaters that formed the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät, cultivating a cold, ruthless personality embodied by unbreaking devotion to the Dragon Lord and his cause and defined by her dark ambitions, which pushed her on as she climbed the ranks of the Z.Z.R.K. Though some others she had been brought up with were sent back to Syldavia and Borduria with orders to infiltrate the communities as spies, the pilot once named Chesilva Olier and now identified as 2-53-7 was part of the army the Death Eaters were preparing to take over both countries with and during her ascension from simple pilot to eventual Squadron Commander, 2-53-7 murdered three rivals, sabotaged the efforts of six others and spent more than three years of her life sleeping with one eye open, afraid one of her victims might assassinate her in revenge. The TIE skyfighter squadron that 2-53-7 had been made superior of was identified as Strike Squadron and, through rigid training by both 2-53-7 and their superiors, they were considered an elite unit. As a result, Chesilva Olier and her squadmates were eventually added to a select force of the Z.Z.R.K.'s "elite" that were readied and equipped to serve the Contingency, an emergency plan-of-action made by the Dragon Lord to recreate a force of his Empire of Night from the finest in his followers hidden inside the Unknown Regions of the Otherworld if the Imperial regime's authority in its outer rim of controlled-regions collapsed, which it had in 2025. Strike Squadron was subsequently assigned to a fleet of three warships that included the Pathfinder, which was the flagship of the naval force's Fleet Admiral, Rayla Seitz, but, despite its skill, Squadron Commander 2-53-7 was aware her people were designed to be the expendable troops sent to fight on to the bitter end against enemies, if the ships had to make their escape in order to carry out the Contingency in the middle of a battle.

Contingency enacted[]

"Strike Squadron, prepare for battle. No quarter. No surrender. X-formation. For the master."
"FOR THE MASTER!
"
—Squadron Leader 2-53-7, to Strike Squadron

Under the leadership of Igor Müsstler, the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät planned to initiate a coup designed to give them undisputed control over Syldavia and Borduria by orchestrating the former's annexation to the latter and as part of the invasion, the Pathfinder and its fleet, including Strike Squadron, were dispatched to the Syldavian coastline at a point that would allow them to bring its forces to the attack if the coup was successful, or flee into the Unknown Regions through a mapped out series of portal lanes in order to join the Death Eaters that had come before, were the Z.Z.R.K.'s plan to fail. On the night of the invasion, however, the fleet and its companions found itself attacked by the United Alliance of Magical Races, which engaged in battle against the Death Eaters' armada. Having been made aware of the arrest of Müsstler, Fleet Admiral Seitz ordered her ships to make ready for the jump into the Unknown Regions and recalled all but 2-53-7's squadron back to their hanger bays. Speaking with Rayla over holograph from the TIE/dg skyfighter she flew, the Squadron Commander accepted the likelihood of death without fear and subsequently addressed her squadron. Giving no words of comfort and encouragement, 2-53-7 simply gave orders for her squadron to make an X-formation and ready themselves to attack, demanding they give no quarter with utter coldness. The TIE squadron subsequently formed the aforementioned formation, the TIE/dg that 2-53-7 piloted at their center, with an efficiency that was commented on by Jörmungand Nassera, who was also present with the United Alliance, to be almost robotic-like.

Subsequently, the woman once named Chesilva Olier and her unit engaged in battle against the United Alliance's forces, opening merciless fire against their opponents battleships before finding themselves embroiled in a dogfight with a smaller number of X-wings that were identified as Corona Squadron, which included Jörmungand Nassera and Hiro Hamada, who were veterans from the Liberation of Lothal. Making no sound as several of the TIE pilots spoke with delight at the chance to blow "rebel trash" from the sky, Squadron Leader 2-53-7 subsequently led the TIE fighters under her command in fierce combat against Corona Squadron, which began to impact the Death Eater flyers as several of their aircrafts were shot down. Conditioned to be merciless and relentless in battle, Chesilva outwardly appeared not to bat an eye at the death toll she had taken, but inwardly, the Bordurian dark witch seethed with rage, although her anger stemmed largely from her own lack of kills, rather than grief for pilots, her thoughts only being to protecting the Pathfinder and its ships whilst they carried out the Dragon Lord's wishes for the Contingency. Broadcasting an order for the entirety of Corona Squadron to be eliminated, 2-53-7 would then lead two others in a sharp turn that sent them swooping after an X-wing that, unbeknownst to her, was piloted by Hiro Hamada, who the three fired after, only to split as one of 2-53-7's companions was attacked by the skyfighter owned by Jörmungand Nassera, causing the TIE commander and her second ally to scatter, though they both swiftly recovered and returned to the merciless, unbreaking attack. Having taken to pursuing Yendor, who privately acknowledged the talent of his opponent, 2-53-7 finally allowed a hidden smile to twitch her lips, relishing the thought of wiping the supposedly "pitiful gnats" of Corona Squadron from existence, even if the price was her own end. This, ultimately, was her own undoing. So consumed was the witch with her hunt, she failed to take in the larger battlefield and thus did not notice the incoming shape of the dragoness Fireworm until sudden alerts rang out from her sensors. Turning to realize, too late, that in her arrogance, she had been blinded to the majestic green dragon now swooping towards her, Chesilva Olier ― TIE pilot, Squadron Leader, servant of the Dragon Lord ― could only give an unwanted, unprofessional scream of rage at her own shortcomings before a jet of fire caught her TIE, caused it to explode into burning fragments that tumbled towards the rocky land below, taking whatever remained of its pilot with them.

Though Chesilva Olier and her entire squadron were killed, their actions allowed the Pathfinder fleet to escape and find where the Empire-in-Shadows lay hidden, prepared to arise and awaiting the Dragon Lord' resumption of command for the forging of the True Order.

Yet in spite of her death, the mission that 2-53-7 had undertaken would emerge a success, for while the entirety of Strike Squadron perished that night when the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät imploded, they bought the time for Rayla Seitz and her fleet to escape into a portal that took them to the Unknown Regions. There, the fleet joined High Lieutenant Darkness Magicar and the Empire-in-Hiding, which emerged years later as a technologically-advanced, magically-enhanced military to claim the Otherworld, wizarding world and Muggle-owned lands for itself, under the leadership of Darkness and with guidance from the Dragon Lord, who deemed it in part to be a commemoration to all those that had died for the Death Eaters, including the pilot that had been born Chesilva Olier, but been raised as 2-53-7.
