Diarmuid O'Hogan is an Irish half-blood and high-ranking member of the Montani crime family that worked as a trusted subordinate of their leader, Cirano Montani. Associated with the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät through its connections to ‘the Shotgun’, he served the fifth columnist movement as one of their dealers on the black market, funnelling supplies to their militant cells that O'Hogan had bought, then later became a close associate to both incarnations of the Cimmerian Collective – a criminal alliance that the Z.Z.R.K. had first established with the Montanis as one of the first members – that had taken shape before and after the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät was fragmented. While tied with the second Collective, Diarmuid O'Hogan also became connected to the Z.Z.R.K. Remnants that had been united behind the Umbra Council, who he once again smuggled weapons for, working alongside the Thracian Rangers.
In 2030, Diarmuid O'Hogan was contacted by the Rangers, who hired his five-man team of thieves to steal a valuable diamond from the Raicon Central Bank and offered to halve their profits with him. Concealing their identities behind different coloured masks, O'Hogan – who was codenamed "Green" – proceeded to launch an armed heist, taking various innocent civilians as hostages to prevent intervention from the Police Department, including Bow, who was able to disable several of underlings within their leader’s knowledge. Having discovered that their numbers had been downsized, Diarmuid and his subordinates were overwhelmed in the ensuing raid, but the bandit leader was able to escape the situation with the diamond, only to be incapacitated by Bow, who left him for the police to find. He was then arrested and realized that his team failed to steal the diamond.

Early life[]
Diarmuid O'Hogan was born somewhere within Ireland to a couple that had both wizard and non-magical blood amidst his immediate heritage and later acquired a wand from an unverified source. During his childhood, he presumably attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, receiving training to master the gifts with magic that he had been endowed with. Although a native of the Emerald Isles, O'Hogan later emigrated from his homeland to the Balkan Kingdom of Syldavia, although he continued to speak with an obvious accent that remained distinctive throughout his adult life. After his resettlement, he became involved with the Montani crime family, a prominent syndicate that had a strong presence within the underworld, rising through the ranks to become one of the most trusted henchmen that served the will of their leader, the fearsome kingpin Cirano Montani, also known as the Shotgun.
