Juliana is widely considered the most popular girl in Albus Potter’s year at Hogwarts. She has a sweet-looking face and an approachable demeanor, which can sometimes mislead other students into believing she is kind before she bullies them. Despite this, she is one of the few Slytherins—besides Scorpius Malfoy and Isla Montague —who has shown kindness to Albus. This is largely because he once covered for her secret regarding her use of Muggle technology. However, Albus does not like Juliana, as despite leaving him alone, she frequently targets his best friend, Scorpius Malfoy.
Juliana has an intense rivalry with Rose Granger-Weasley. The two despise each other, their animosity being described as “worse than dry rot.” Many boys fancy Juliana, but Albus does not, which she finds strange, considering she has always been kind to him. She is fairly brassy and stuck-up, frequently having her parents buy her expensive things, though she does have a heart of gold deep down. Despite coming from a pure-blood family, she harbors a secret fascination with Muggle technology, including mobile phones, game consoles, and Hatchimals. She secretly maintains an Instagram account and sneaks out of Hogwarts to watch Sex and the City on a Muggle neighbor’s television. Juliana is also a skilled dualist and is descended from Veela, though as the only girl among her siblings, she is the only one to inherit Veela powers. She has a soft spot for animals, particularly unicorns and dogs. She is also drinks Butterbeer and is a skilled ballet performer.
Juliana Bletchley shared a name with the dark witch Juliana Drake. Both Juliana's had similar physical traits: they were both beautiful, with golden dirty ash blonde hair and a deceptively sweet face which might lead people to think they were kind. However, Juliana Drake was a straight-up villain who would not have thought twice about torturing teenagers, whereas Juliana Bletchley behaved antagonistically towards her peers more like a schoolyard queen bee, showing kindness to some students, particularly other Slytherins such as Albus Potter. Juliana Bletchley fought against the dark witch Delphi, while Juliana Drake was idolized by Delphi.
Specifically, Juliana Drake worked for the Serpent Society, which was run by Yaxley. Juliana Bletchley was the granddaughter of Yaxley. It is vaguely implied that Juliana Bletchley was named after Juliana Drake.
