Kennilworthy Whisp was an English wizard, author and Quidditch expert/fanatic, known for having written a number of Quidditch-related works, including the best-selling book Template:QTA. Whisp resided in Nottinghamshire in England, and divided his time between his home and "wherever the Wigtown Wanderers were playing". His hobbies included playing backgammon, vegetarian cookery, and collecting vintage broomsticks.[1] Despite liking vegetarian cookery, he was not a vegetarian.[2]

Biography[]

In 1985, Whisp met Tiberius and Lillian Ogden they discussed his latest book, Quidditch Through the Ages, at Pots and Pots in Godric’s Hollow. Tiberius found the book insightful, Kenniworhty became fast friends with the whole Ogden family, Tiberius was budding to play for England with the Help of his Fathers connections he caught the eye of Porter Q. Porter Whisp encoraged him to follww his dream. Ogden made the team Whisp would also make freinds with Trevely Clarke and Garrick Horner Tiberus's two closest friends. The Follwoing year in 1986 Ogden and Clarke played for England in the 425th Quidditch World Cup, He witnessed the death of Pyrenees who perished due to dark magic fire crystals embedded in his broom. The tragedy shocked Whisp. The Cup would eventaly go to USA but the Cup was a Fake and Lucius Malfoy had the real cup but unbeknownst to everyone Malfoy had kidnapped Aquaria Zall who transformed her into a Replica while giving the Real thing to Eli Blackwood a Dark wizard who wanted to Use the duels Encrusted to Reanimate the Corpe of the Dark Wizard Raczidian to aquaire his Magic energy. The Follwoeing year Leo Corman discovred the Truth and was killed when trying to go to Albus Dumbledore to Warn everybody. Whisp was envoled in the Ensuing Battle with the Ogdens, and their Friends and Allies. Later that year, Whisp visited the Hog’s Head in Hogsmeade, sharing Firewhisky with Aberforth Dumbledore. Albus Dumbledore joined them, confiding a cryptic warning about Harry Potter, who would begin at Hogwarts in 1991 and play a significant role in the wizarding world’s future. Whisp, intrigued but cautious, agreed to keep the secret, his loyalty to Dumbledore evident. This all inspred him to Write a Second book. His friendship with the Ogdens continuted in 1999 he attended Adam Ogden’s seventeenth birthday celebration at the Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade, Three years later the would be called upon by the Ogdens again when he heard Gilgamesh another Dark wizard tried to Sabotage the 424th Quidditch Cup in Belgium. He would once again fight along with the Ogdens at the Cave of the Dark Mountian on the Wailing Witch Island they managed to defate Gilgamesh and his Allies and Arrest Corban Yaxley and dissolve the Serpent Society. He wrote a Thrid book after this.

Etymology[]

The author's surname may be derived from the Old English word "Wisp", meaning a small bundle of straw (such as might be found at the end of a broom). "Kenilworth" is also the name of a town in Warwickshire, England.
