- —Khthonia Vega, on the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy
Khthonia Vega was a female individual and supporter of the Dragon Lord, apparently sharing his beliefs and intense attitude of hostility towards the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy. Sympathetic towards the ideals that were held by the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät, during the organization's efforts to stage a long-term jacquerie against the pacifist Syldavian government, Vega supported them and subscribed to a similar neo-Imperialist view of allegiance to both the Dragon Lord and the violent Syldavian martial traditions of long ago, which the Z.Z.R.K. professed a desire to restore as the mask to its true agenda.
Biography[]

During the Second Global wizarding war, Khthonia Vega was one of countless members of the younger generations that were drawn into the Dragon Lord's fold by his dark charisma.
The daughter of a pure or half-blood wizarding family, Khthonia Vega was raised on the Balkan Peninsula within the Kingdom of Syldavia, a small but naturally rich country where, as a result of its isolation, the laws that stipulated the complete and total concealment of magic from the Muggle population were enforced with noticeable lenience. Raised on her homeland's wild coast, Vega would grow up regularly seeing the rugged clifflines that towered above the nearby shorelines, which she marvelled at even in adulthood, wondering at the natural alure that it posed to a lonely soul and even once composing a poem that she wrote in regard to the subject. Having grown up in a lifestyle that lacked the same dominating subjection of the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy, Khthonia Vega would develop a perception of the code that was jaded by her own childhood and gradually came to believe that the laws which kept wizardkind in hiding was stifling the magical people, rather than protecting them. In this regard, Vega's views aligned substantially with that of the Dragon Lord and his Death Eaters, an anti-national organization that would enter into a conflict spanning close to a decade with the International Confederation of Wizards concerning both entities opposing focuses for their society's future. Young, taken in by the dark wizard's charisma, Khthonia and numerous other idealistic youths that sympathized with the Dragon Lord embraced his fiery call for defiance against governments across the world, which their idol decried as being a deficient and useless creature that dragged onwards. Seeking to craft a cooperative world order without borders, the Death Eaters built their resistance off the frustrations that people such as Khthonia Vega had unknowingly nurtured and pushed to overthrow the Statute of Secrecy so that wizards could take the Earth as their home, leading a war that took various forms through assistance given by their spies and sympathizers, including a political crusade for the post of Supreme Mugwump, which Khthonia Vega supported the Dragon Lord in. Though the war would ultimately fail and the fight that followed fell eventually pattered into a period of tense hostilities within the Otherworld that saw the Death Eaters go underground to await the return of their leadership, Vega remained faithful to the organization and eventually joined the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät, which was formed within Syldavia.
Led by a command structure that was secretly headed by a Death Eater spy installed inside the highest echelon of power and trust inside the royal court, the Royal Ambassador Igor Müsstler, the Z.Z.R.K. sought the completion of the long-term strategy designed with the given intention to shape the Kingdom of the Black Pelican — as Syldavia was otherwise known by — in style with the global order envisioned by the Dragon Lord, whose image the Death Eaters were devoted to remaking the land itself into. To this end, the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät therefore set itself to the work of gradually destabilizing power and gathering influence and recruits, harvesting the latter from old supporters of the "One World" doctrine that shared their members' faith, such as Khthonia Vega, while it eventually began to set the stage for a coup d'état to dethrone His Majesty King Muskar XIII that was laid out to allow the Z.Z.R.K. to orchestrate the annexation of the kingdom to the rule of their puppet governments in Borduria, thereby allowing the Death Eaters to reorganize both states into a neo-Imperial power created on their tenets. As the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät systematically rose to surface from where it had once hidden from within the Syldavian people, it erected around itself the false flag of being a terrorist sect of radical preservationists that professed allegiance to abandoned martial traditions, further attracting more support among the conservatist-minded of the Syldavian population. Although it is unconfirmed if Khthonia Vega herself personally subscribed to such beliefs, but given the phrasing of her words, it would appear that she was loyal first to the Dragon Lord and his plans for a new world order. Nevertheless, as the Z.Z.R.K. marked its rise through a campaign against the pacifist New Syldavian government with fear tactics and terrorist political statements, further completing the imagine that it was built around the lost traditions of warmongering that had once ruled the Kingdom of the Black Pelican, Vega followed the armoured commandos from their darknet websites, which she subscribed to, regularly making posts to the messages established by the Death Eaters as a means for their supports to publicize their allegiance without high exposure, although Khthonia Vega herself preferred to display her loyalties proudly, rather than assume a coined alias, creating a profile picture that showed in it a miniature figure centered within the middle of the circle with a backdrop that displayed a slate grey flooring, followed by a cloudlike center, with a navy blue background broken by a downward triangular slash of lighter blue.
Being a loyal sympathizer to the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät that followed its and the movements perpetrated by its warrior commandos from the dark web, Khthonia Vega watched attentively from the internet forum as the organization gradually increased its activities into a legitimate challenge against the crown and its New Syldavian government, which had emerged decades ago to replace the martial practices that the Z.Z.R.K. avouched that it sought to revive as rightful heir to the conservative legacy, being descended from the remaining adherents of such loyalists. Despite the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät being forged into a well-trained and equipped militia, the organization continued to outwardly maintain the terrorist appearance of being an ill-organized movement that lacked the supplies or support system for it to properly pose a threat to the pacifist way of life that many in Syldavia sought to preserve, which enabled its true forces, which were a vast network of sleeper agents that were deeply embedded throughout every level of the country's government and community, to move on with their true agendas for a Syldavian-Bordurian front for the Northern Empire. Challenging King Muskar through their warriors and proxies in the opposition, the Syldavian commandos that created the face for the Z.Z.R.K.'s frontal appearance would eventually make their largest public statement when they lead supporters of their cause in violent protests staged through the streets of many outlying cities and major towns that became known as the Frontier Riots. Inspired by these fiery marches, Khthonia Vega and many other surfers of the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät cause were responsible for a fresh wave of new submissions to its various dark websites, where they showed feelings that Daisy Johnson deemed psychotic when she was perusing the forums for links between the Frontier Riots' perpetrators and individuals that S.H.I.E.L.D. suspected they had ties to inside the New Syldavian government. Though some subscribers showed their direct support for the traditionalist-inspired convictions that the Z.Z.R.K. claimed to represent, Khthonia Veega openly attacked the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy itself, claiming that sympathizers like herself could no longer follow the Syldavian Ministry of Magic if it followed the laws keeping wizards in hiding when they did not agree with their restrictions.
