Momauna Pibiuhk was a Syldavian pure-blood witch that worked as a politician for the Syldavian Ministry of Magic, serving as a senior ambassador to their diplomatic outpost at Brussels. In secret, however, Pibiuhk was also a clandestine operative of the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät, a movement that sought to overthrow the pacifist government in the Kingdom of the Black Pelican. A supporter of their ambitions for the restoration of the warrior-like culture that had been, this outlook allowed Igor Müsstler - who led the insurrection from its political front, the Iron Guard - to convert her as a follower of their doctrine, playing on her own personal ambitions. As one of the most highest-ranking officials at the embassy, the ambassador was known for her talents and decades of faithful service. However, she also utilized her office to further the Death Eaters and bankroll their cause, becoming a high-stake member of the intelligence cell that was established at Brussels, which counted her as one of its leaders. From her office, Pibiuhk was responsible for assisting with preparations for a coup d'état that intended to overthrow King Muskar XIII, where the Z.Z.R.K. planned to steal the Sceptre of Ottokar. To do this, she collaborated with her fellow leaders to abduct the renowned professor Hector Alembick and replace him with his identical twin brother Alfred. Later, however, the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät and their network of moles was uncovered, leading to a team of Aurors bursting into the office of the senator, who noticed the distinctive lack of her contacts with the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. Ever the gracious politician, whereas some of her comrades fought to the last breath, Pibiuhk accepted her clear defeat with dignity and allowed herself to be taken into custody, being led from the embassy without a fight.
