Phoebe Clarke (b. 2004 is a Half-blood witch and the youngest daughter born to Half-blood father, Andre Clarke and Muggle-born, Andrea Levine. Phoebe is the younger sister of Daffyd Clarke and Sharon Clarke who are also in Gryffindor. She is Best Freinds with Ciara Stormbeam, James Potter II, Lee Drewitt and Miles Ogden. She has a crush Lee Drewitt a shy boy, who has harboured a crush on her since before starting hogwarts, they become Boyfriend and Girlfriend in the Summer Break between their 5th and 6th years, Her a James met during the summer of 2015 before they started school, when holidaying in Romania where her parents was the owner of the villa in which they were staying, they bonded over picking apples, she also has an Interest in falconry and is Bookish, similar to Hermione Granger whom she idolizes, she is a member of the Gremlins.

Phoebe began attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 2015 and was sorted into Gryffindor House.
She and James first meet the Summer before their first year where the Potters stay at Villa owned by her family, they bond by picking apples together, they become instant friends
First year[]
They begin their year at Hogwarts they are Both Sorted into Gryffindor (The Sorting hat barely touched her head) as is Lee Drewitt who harbors a crush on her, she takes part in the Mission to save Louis Weasley with James, Lee, Miles Ogden and Ciara Stormbeam, they sneak aboard the Hogwarts Express which is a Goods Train when it is not Start or End of Term, and Travel to Bulgaria this is where they Save him.
Second year[]
She Takes part in Skirmish of the Trolls in the Great Hall, She tries out for Quidditch and fails Miserably, She Hexes Elliot Garseley after he calls her an Idiot, She and her Friends Lee, Lindsey Scott, Mark Glover, Miles and Ciara would later During Easter Holidays 2017, Travel to the Ministry of Magic where they encounter Thorfinn Rowle they defeat him with the Help of Ernest Swanson, They catch up with James in France, They are ushered back home, After the Easter Break, Trolls and Spiders eve entered the school with the Help of many older students and the Teachers, Together they team up with Several other Second Years Niemh Runcorn, Cedric Peterson, Sebastian Peekes, Andrew Jordan, Michael Corner Jr. and to James' Delight Amortentia Smith go and Team up with Teddy Lupin and some of the other Gremlins to Fight The Trolls and Dragons that have Infiltrated the Castle they win Quickly.
Third Year Third year she Helps with the Troll in the Dungeon sent in by Delphi, She becomes friends with Rose Granger-Weasley, she also develops a skill for Gobstones, Her father Andre gives her a Necklace for Christmas which is actually a Future Seeing necklace (unbeknownst to Andre) she sees several things, she Takes part in the Skirmish of the Hidden Room before it turns out to be a Pensive Memory designed to Test Albus Potter, she is Present when Silas Vanderbilt and Darius Stonewater have and Epic Duel, She also witness's The Attempted revolt of The Council of Vampires, which are Defeated by James
Fourth Year
She and Lee Become a Couple after Attending the Quidditch World Cup, they Are Present when the Gollum invades the School, she Takes part in the Yule Ball, She then holidays in Switzerland and Meets a Yeti, She witnesses the First Attack on the School by the Clown Monster, and Saves Albus and Scorpius from Jake Peterwood in his wolf Form
Fifth Year
In her OWLS year she witnesses a Fight Between Scorpius Malfoy and Edwin Montague, She also witnesses when Edwin Montague has a Bludger to hit Albus Potter and Tried to Hold James Back when he began to Beat him up, She Ends up being Petrified on a Trip to Hogsmeade, she Becomes unpetrified in the Spring, She Takes Part in the Fight with the Tree Troll and Scores very well on the OWLS, She Discovers with James that the Clown Monster is Chloe Belmont but they don't tell anybody to Prevent her from being teased, She also takes Part in the Skirmish in Hogsmeade where a Mysterious women summons Dark Creatures

She Takes Part in the Skirmish of the Quidditch Pitch
Seventh Year
She is made Head Girl by Minerva McGonagall
