Ulvis Sprūde is a Muggle-born Syldavian wizard and resident of Klow. When the Second Global Wizarding War initially broke out, Ulvis supported the Global Repatriation Council and it's efforts to provide for the people that the COVID-19 Pandemic had left displaced, which included his brother Davis, but after the GRC's failings led to his sibling being permanently crippled, Ulvis lost his faith in them and instead joined the Dragon Lord and his revolution as a member of the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät that wanted to see the International Confederation of Wizards replaced by the Dragon Lord's order. As a citizen of Klow that supported the aims of the revolution, what a small collection of such supporters assembled in the Klow Wizarding National Park, Sprūde was among the crowd.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Ulvis Sprūde grew up in an ordinary family of non-Magical cheesemakers that lived in Klow, the capital of the Kingdom of Syldavia, as the middle child, younger than his sister Ulfina but older than his brother Davis. Despite coming from muggle origins, all three of the Sprūde siblings manifested as wizards, despite it being an unusual thing to occur for three magical offspring to come from a Muggle family. Ulvis received a magical education and in his adulthood, he came to reside in a neighbourhood in Klow populated by wizards and Muggles. He was also a motorcycle enthusiast and at one point, dated a muggle man, but they eventually broke up, although it later became a rumor in his neighbourhood that despite Sprūde and his ex's insistence that they had chosen to become "only friends", they had secretly pieced together their relationship.
Global Wizarding War[]
Redirecting his faith[]
When the world began to open up it's borders as the mass hysteria caused by the outbreak of COVID-19 began to fade and the Global Repatriation Council was founded to manage the resources distributed to assist the individuals the Pandemic had left displaced and without secure employment, Ulvis Sprūde, who's brother Davis had lost his job after being forced to remain in Latvia, initially gave his support to the efforts of GRC and Syldavian Ministry of Magic made against the campaign of the Dragon Lord and his Death Eaters, who's goal it was to permanently replace the governments of the world with a single world order of equality and cooperation. As he continued to hear from his brother, who was of a far less pro-government mind, of how the GRC had failed in their promises to supply the displaced camp he had been placed in with the proper resources, Ulvis began to lose the belief he had once had in the world's leaders' portrayal of the Dragon Lord as a terrorist and instead, Ulvis Sprūde began to see the dark wizard as the solution. When Davis, however, was permanently crippled after he was caught in the path of a collapsed support beam of one of his resettlement camp, damaging his left leg in such a way that it forced the camp doctors to amputate it's lower limb, Ulvis, needing someone to blame, chose to lay the blame for his brother's injuries on the Syldavian Ministry of Magic for their alignment with the GRC, despite the Ministry having no hand in Latvian events.
As a result, Ulvis Sprūde now believed the Dragon Lord was right about everything he said regarding the faults of the International Confederation of Wizards and he therefore not only subscribed to the dark web message board, but also took in secrecy the dark mark when he joined the local chapter of the Death Eaters, the Zyldav Zentral Revolutzionär Komitzät, as an operative who joined out of a desire to seem the Ministry of Magic burned down and a new, fairer order that did not favour some groups over others in it's place. Despite his anarchist affiliations, Ulvis Sprūde continued to also live his normal life openly and he was not the only wizard in his neighbourhood alone that thought the Dragon Lord had the right idea. Among the normal activities of a pedestrian that Sprūde lived was an afternoon private outing when he and a friend of his, Lizzy Kauliņš, sat with Lizzy's children on the banks of Ottokar Lake when suddenly, he and his companions were the receipts of a signal broadcasted by the Dragon Lord to the wizarding parkers of the Klow National Park that placed their faith in him, who he intended to rally to his side in two seperate shows of strength to his cousins Wilder and Fader. His head encircled by a white visor, his clothes consisting of blue pants and a black collared shirt, Ulvis rose from his blanket with the other three after pulling out his cellphone to find it emblazoned with the Dragon Lord's symbol, then stood casually before the ringing whistle of the Dragon Lord called the Death Eaters to his side, including Ulvis and his companions, who walked from their blanket to join the anarchist as he rose to stand before them.
